“This tour is currently misinforming users about hotel drop off service on Viator. We were picked up from our hotel in Sultanahmet as is normal with other Istanbul tours (although there was about a 20 minute wait for other guests on some street corner somewhere). When the tour ended, we expected to also be brought back to our hotel. Instead, one guide noticed we were following her and she said “Oh, are you waiting for me? There is no drop off service offered”. Then pointed to the nearest tram station. We had no metro card or anything with us and had not used the public transit in Istanbul before, again,…”
