“I was caught out by ticket process initially. I thought I had printed my ticket and has brought that with me. However what I had printed did not have a barcode. I found this out when i tried to go through the gate barrier! Anyway I was able to re download to my phone so all good. so for me, it maybe should have been clearer that the document I printed was a voucher and not a ticket. Actually why do a voucher if you are going to send the ticket electronically anyway.”
